The structure of our programming and coaching model ensures that all members are treated as individuals and their program design and training schedule must reflect this. Although at first glance, many people assume we are an athlete focused facility, this could not be further from the truth!
While approximately 30-40% of our members are competitive athletes, the other 60-70% of our members are those who are interested in any one of the following:

Supporting body composition goals (such as losing body fat and increasing muscle mass)

Building strength to better perform activities they enjoy (hiking, biking, recreational sports, etc…)

No matter where you start, or where you want to get, our experienced coaching team will be supporting you along the way. We have programming and services for anyone, at any age who are ready to make a commitment to themselves and put in the effort to improve.
We differ from typical commercial gyms in that our goal is to educate our clients and set them up for success. Our coaching team offer more than the standard approach to personal training - they offer a continually supported, full-time team coaching environment paired with individualized programming at all levels.
